If you have been to Hawaii, you must have had this dish.
I love Ahi Poki and I make it sometimes as our appetizer.
I made this dish for my friend who needed more iron but who have been also on diet.
I thought this is the best dish for her.
1/2 of Tuna Sashimi
2 table-spoon of Sesame oil
2 table-spoon of Soy sauce
1 table-spoon of Sesame seeds
1/2 cup of chopped coriander
1/2 cup of chopped green onion
1/2 of chopped shallot
Just cut tuna as a cube size and mix all of them! Easy, yummy, great with beer, white wine, red wine, white rice, bread, etc…etc…with anything!
surprisedly, kids actually like it, too! ( good news!!)
Whenever you eat this dish, wherever you are, this dish would give you happy Hawaiian feeling:)
