Coconuts Chicken Sautee with Curry Spice


Have you cooked with coconuts oil?

I enjoy cooking with using coconuts oil once a while. It is healthy which has wonderful benefits.

Here is the easiest quick recipe you can cook in 15 mins.


1 table spoon of coconuts oil

6 pieces of chicken thighs

1/2 of  sweet onion

1 pack of any kind of mushroom

1 table spoon of curry powder

1 table spoon of chicken soup stock

an half cup of yogurt


Heat the pan and add coconuts oil.

Sauté slices of sweet onion until they get light brown.

Cut chicken thighs as the size of 2 inches and sauté well.

Add sliced  your favorite mushroom and sauté well until they get soft.

Take sautéed sliced onion and mushroom out from (1)the pan.

Cut chicken thighs as the size of 2 inches and add them to (1)the pan sauté well until they become nice light brown color.

Put sautéed sliced onion and mushroom back to the pan.

Add chicken soup stock and mix well.

Then add curry powder and mix well.

Finally add yogurt and mix very well.


This might go really well with white rice! Perfect dinner for weekday:)
