Let’s start from peeling off!
7 potatoes, done!
Cut them half..
4 sweet onions.
Chop them with food processor.
One pack of Shitake.
Chop them, too..
Prepare chopped onion and shitake.
Boil potatoes and prepare your pan with batter.
Saute onions…
Until they will get nice light brown color..
Add shiitake sauté them well enough and add 1 pound of ground beef..
Sauté them well & add 2 big table spoons of concentrated chicken soup stock. Mix well.
Mash potatoes!
Put all together and mix very well.
Mix one egg and milk..
Put them from flour, egg milk, and panko as this order..
Be patient for doing this process..you are almost there!
Fry them with canola oil, eat them right away!!
