After I came back from the West Coast, I went back to my routine and went back to MY Whole Foods this morning. I have already got excited to get very fresh food such as; Octopus, Shrimps, Flounder Fillet, Sweet Corns, Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, Local Farm Cucumbers and etc,,,

Simply just Cucumber with Konbu Salt (So fresh and so good with only this special salt;)
Shrimp Salad with Yellow Cherry Tomatoes with Basil & Virgin Olive Oil

I just love summer..the sun made us, flowers, vegetables and animals so happy and healthy. When these vegetables are very fresh and sweet, we actually don’t need to cook much. Just think what is the best way to eat with what!
