Paris

It’s February.

I actually don’t love this season…with freezing cold weather.

But I have a wonderful memory in Pars in February.

This is my very first painting after I got so much inspiration there…

I was there for my special treat as my 40th birthday instead of having a big party.

Since I have my family and I have been raising my children in out of my country…that was my first free time to open my all 6 senses to feel everything I needed. My door of my spirit was so open, I had never felt that freedom for 15 years by then.

My mind memorized automatically every moment I was in, every scene I saw, and every emotion I had in beautiful Paris.

It is so important to feel ” yourself”. “your spirit” and ” your soul”.

We are all so busy in our everyday life with so many mission you are supposed to do with your strong will. Instead of having busy life, you might lose yourself and your real spirit so easily.

But we all should remember that we are all free, we are all independent, we are not belonging to anywhere. And also it is NOT meaning that you can be irresponsible. Freedom = Responsible, I believe:)

I always wish that I feel freedom no matter where I am. Because I know my spirit would be very healthy with it.

I went to my very first yoga class this week since my dear beautiful friend is the master of yoga, who has been recommending  to me to try.

Since I really love her wonderful energy, I finally tried.

I really enjoyed with stretching my muscles and I actually felt my each muscle needed that so much.

And at  the end of the class, my wonderful instructor said…just feel freedom…freedom is opening your mind and keep a space to accept the difference.

Her word came into my mind very deeply. I loved what she said…because if we are very happy with our own free spirit, we can easily accept & respect others who are different from you.

My first yoga just started with my favorite word ” freedom”.

And…Paris reminded me my freedom in February 2011.

Paris, Freedom, and maybe yoga might be the one which always keeps me as I am with healthy spirit;)
