Minch 20 fresh shrimps with food professor with one shallot, one egg, one big spoon of mayonnaise, one big spoon of sour cream, and one tea spoon of cornstarch. Make as pin pon ball size, put them into flour first, then into the milk which is mixed with one egg, and put panko. Fried them until they look like nice light brown!!
Great with the special sauce, (mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, fresh olive oil) and as the special addition, Coriander is the great one for this Shrimp Ball!! Enjoy!
