Since this season has been just great for the barbecue and of course we all love it, but sometimes you might be feeling that you don’t want to eat meat this weekend..this might be the one you want to cook!
Sautéed tuna ( medium rare) with green onion, garlic and olive oil. Mix with Shiso herb (or Basil, or Coriander),wild portion sea salt (Dean & Deluca) and pepper with radish sprout.
As addition, white sesame might be good one for last topping!! Relax yourself a little bit with this dish and a couple of glass of white wine. Have a wonderful weekend!!
