Hi, everyone!
I would like to share my new recipe for making Yuko’s special sparerib this time;)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
pork rib 1 pound
slices of a half of sweet onion
slices of 3 carrots
1 stick of celery
1 can of beer
1 table spoon of chopped garlic
8 slices of ginger
3/4 of soy sauce
1 big table spoon of sesame oil
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cut sparerib as each size. Place them into Pyrex.
Put a half onion of sweet onion into juicer. Add them on spareribs in Pyrex. Then add soy sauce into it as well.
Leave them in your refrigerator more than 1 hour.
Prepare the big fly pan and heat it.
Add sesame oil into the pan.
Add garlic & slices of ginger and sauté sliced celery & carrot very well.
Add spareribs into the pan and fly really well until their surfaces gets nice light brown.
Add 3/4 of beer can into the pan and cook for almost 10 mins.
Add all matinee sauce in Pyrex into the pan until the sauce will get thick and well cooked.
Place spareribs on stove tray and heat with 385F for 15 mins.
Serve them with cilantro if you would like to have!
Cold beer would be “Must” with this dish!!
Enjoy;)
