Chicken Vegetable Soup

It’s actually chilly today with raining! Turn off your air conditioner today and let’s make a nice soup for making your family warm up tonight! Enjoy!!

Soup with sweet onion, celery, carrot, potato, chicken, bacon, sour cream and chicken soup stock. Sauté very well from starting with garlic, Italian parsley and olive oil. Add chopped sweet onions and celery. Once they get nice light brown, add chopped chicken ( all dice size).
You might add one big table spoon of butter and a little more olive oil. Put one big table spoon of chicken soup stock to give nice flavor into sautéd chicken now. After sauté chicken well, add carrot and potato ( dice size) and keep sautéing for 10 more mins. Add some left over white wine only if you have and water. Boil with medium heat for 45 mins at least. For the last minute, add chopped bacon and one big table spoon of sour cream into the soup. You might want to add more chicken stock into the soup until it will get perfect enough!
